Caerus is a robust childcare management tool that helps parents to find, book and pay for early learning and school age childcare across Scotland. The system gives families access to every registered childcare provider in Scotland along with hundreds of children’s activity & club providers, with more joining each day. Parents with children who have additional support needs can tailor their search to ensure they find providers who can provide the facilities their children may need.

Ryan worked on an Enable project in Fife before pursuing his dream of becoming a primary school teacher. Over the years Ryan has built up a good understanding of the needs of children who require additional support.
He has the understanding to empathise with and build positive relationships with parents of children he works with. Ryan is also a father to a young chid who started school last summer for the first time.
Ryan was invited to share some tips and strategies on how to support children return to school through his own personal teaching experience.
