Lianne Williams

Lianne is Director of Enable Communities – leading our community services for children, young people and adults with learning disabilities all across Scotland, as well as our member-led campaigns, activism, and fundraising.

Lianne has more than 15 years’ experience in the  sector, including over 11 years with Enable. Initially working across Enable Works projects, Lianne has a positive, focussed and strategic approach to her work and develops and designs solutions to increase the number of people our community-based projects and services reach by driving our performance, compliance and quality standards. Lianne graduated with an MBA from Strathclyde Business School in 2022, and plans to continue her studies to PhD level.
