Alan McQueen

Alan has extensive experience in the charity sector, and has worked with Enable for 20 years.

Alan has influenced a remarkable transformation in the charity, contributing to improvements in the quality and diversity of services offered by Enable. He has also seen significant financial growth and an increased turnover from around £12m per year to over £60m, as well as the rapid establishment of high quality and reliable ICT systems.

Alan is responsible for the finance function within Enable including a team of experienced finance business partners, payroll, revenue and transactions functions. Alan is also responsible for overseeing a busy tendering function to ensure financial sustainability and to consolidate on recent growth levels.

Alan has led several key projects over the years that have contributed to making Enable one of the country's preferred social care providers.
